The conditions and boundaries for using the SCHIZA website and participating in private testing.
1. About SCHIZA and these terms
SCHIZA is a personal AI companion developed and operated by Mikhail Firulik in Israel. These terms describe use of schiza.ai and participation in the privately tested iOS service. Contact: support@schiza.ai.
The app is in early development and is not publicly released. Private testing is by invitation; contacting us does not guarantee access. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Public descriptions and illustrative dialogues explain the product direction and are not guarantees that a feature is available in a particular build.
These terms are made available for review before participation in testing. Publication of this page does not record acceptance on behalf of an existing tester. Separate permission for personal voice, sharing, or new data processing cannot be inferred merely from visiting the website.
2. Your account and participation
Use your own account and keep access credentials secure. Do not use another person’s account, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or try to obtain another user’s private information. Report suspected unauthorized access to us.
You choose what to share and may skip personal questions or stop a conversation. The agreed experience uses spoken answers; it does not require disclosure of every requested detail. Research preferences, memory settings, and available controls may differ between test versions.
No paid public plan is offered through this website. Any future price, subscription, or payment obligation must be presented separately before you agree to it.
3. Your content and personalization
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow SCHIZA and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including transcription, replies, account history, memory, and requested file processing, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to publish your private conversations, sell them, or use them for general-model training.
Provide only content you have a right to share. Avoid unnecessary private information about other people. AI replies, memory entries, and personality interpretations may be inaccurate. You can question them and use available controls to correct, exclude, or delete saved information. A spoken acknowledgment by the AI does not by itself confirm a saved change or completed deletion.
Ideas, opinions, and tentative plans should not be treated as commitments. Generated content may be similar to content generated for other people; we do not promise uniqueness or that it is free of third-party rights.
4. Your voice and future sharing
Use only your own voice for personal-voice testing. Do not use SCHIZA to impersonate someone without authorization, deceive a listener about who is speaking, or make a generated statement appear to be a real person’s current words.
Personal voice is experimental. Capturing a sample does not guarantee successful synthesis. Microphone permission is not permission for public sharing or unrestricted use of a voice. Provider-specific enrollment steps vary; not being asked to read a declaration does not remove these boundaries.
Shared Twin is a future direction and is not available. Any future sharing must identify the output as AI and have separate authorization for the recipient, purpose, information, and voice. Sharing a manner of speaking would not automatically share private memories or authorize a Twin to make commitments for its owner.
5. AI and prototype limitations
SCHIZA can make mistakes, misunderstand speech, lose a connection, or produce incomplete or inappropriate replies. Verify information before relying on it for consequential decisions. The service is not a clinical assessment, treatment, emergency service, or substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The prototype may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Features, languages, personal voice quality, continuity, and data recovery are not guaranteed. Save an independent copy of information you need to keep. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Stopping use, deletion, and access restrictions
You may stop using SCHIZA at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete the cloud account. Use the account-deletion control or contact us; the Privacy Policy explains cleanup, retained copies, and limitations.
We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security problems, or the operation of a private test. Such restrictions do not themselves cancel your applicable data rights. Contact us if you believe access was restricted by mistake or need help obtaining or deleting your information.
7. Changes
We will date updates to these terms and bring material changes affecting private testing to participants’ attention before applying them, obtaining agreement where required. An updated page is not treated as retroactive consent to new uses of your content. A future public release or paid service may require separate terms.
Use this address for questions about testing, these terms, your account, or your data. See the Privacy Policy for processing details and available choices.
